Injury Report: RG Chris Snee injured a knee against the Eagles. "He is sore and he will have an MRI and we will see," said Head Coach Tom Coughlin. "That is going to be today (on Monday)."
CB Sam Madison (shoulder) was injured as well. "Madison just seemed to get a contusion on the AC joint," said Coughlin. "We will do all the testing today and make sure about that, too."
Coughlin was also asked about WR Plaxico Burress, who has been playing on a severely sprained ankle. "Burress, he came through about the way you would expect," said Coughlin. "He is sore the next day and sore by the end of the game, that type of thing."
Coughlin was asked about two other players who did not play against the Eagles – HB Brandon Jacobs (knee) and WR Steve Smith (shoulder).
"We will see where (Jacobs) is," said Coughlin. "He has been cleared obviously to practice last week so we had him take X amount of reps and we will increase the reps this week and see exactly where he is, what his comfort zone is with all the maneuvers that he will have to go through, and build his confidence up by having him on the field for more than just a couple of days last week."
"(Smith) is still in a holding pattern," said Coughlin. "He is running and doing things. He is doing more things and he is on schedule but not ready to be cleared yet."
