Giants Sign Two Defensive Tackles: The Giants officially signed defensive tackles Carlton Powell (street free agent) and Oren Wilson (undrafted rookie free agent). The Giants also waived/injured DT Martin Parker. Parker has a herniated disc that will require surgery.
