Injury Report – Nicks’ Knee is Acting Up Again; Phillips Out: Not practicing yesterday were HB Ahmad Bradshaw (foot), WR Hakeem Nicks (knee), OG Chris Snee (ankle), DT Chris Canty (groin), LB Chase Blackburn (hamstring), LB Jacquian Williams (knee), and S Kenny Phillips (knee).
Head Coach Tom Coughlin was asked if Nicks’ knee swelled again. He responded, “(It) did. So, we’re going to rest him today.”
Coughlin was also asked if Phillips has had a setback since he practiced last week. “It’s not a setback,” responded Coughlin. “I think what’s going to happen is that we’re going to try and rest him this week and then through the bye and hopefully we can get him back.”
TE Bear Pascoe (ankle), OC David Baas (ankle/elbow), and LB Keith Rivers (calf) practiced on a limited basis.
HB Andre Brown (shoulder) fully practiced.
