Giants Re-Sign Selvish Capers, Waive Terrence Frederick: The Giants re-signed OG Selvish Capers to the 53-man roster yesterday. To make room for Capers, the Giants waived CB Terrence Frederick. Because of these moves, we have updated the Transactions [2], Roster [3], and Depth Chart [4] sections of the website.
