New York Giants Sign Kicker David Buehler: The Giants announced yesterday that they have signed street free agent PK David Buehler. Buehler has spent time with the Dallas Cowboys (2009-2011), principally as a kickoff specialist though he did also handle field goals in 2010. The Cowboys waived him in March 2012.

PK Lawrence Tynes will soon be an unrestricted free agent. The Giants also signed PK/P Jake Rogers earlier this offseason.

More Details on CB Terrell Thomas’ New Deal: According to press reports, CB Terrell Thomas’ new 1-year contract includes $630,000 in base salary, a $35,000 signing bonus, a $35,000 workout bonus, and $500,000 in playing-time incentives. If Thomas ends up on Injured Reserve again, his salary will be reduced to $358,000.
