Giants and Boothe Still Talking: The New York Post is reporting that the Giants’ current contract is offer is not enough to prevent OG Kevin Boothe from hitting the open market as an unrestricted free agent on March 12. “We’ve had positive conversations on Boothe,’’ said Boothe’s agent.
David Carr Will Test Free Agent Market: According to press reports, QB David Carr will test the free agent market when he becomes an unrestricted free agent on March 12. Carr apparently is interested in exploring other situations where he might compete for a starting job.
