New York Giants Claim WR Corey Washington, Waive OL Stephen Goodin: The New York Giants have claimed WR Corey Washington off of waivers from the Arizona Cardinals. To make room for Washington, the team waived/injured offensive lineman Stephen Goodin with a foot injury.

BBI Scouting Report on Corey Washington:

The Giants claimed Corey Washington off of waivers from the Arizona Cardinals in May 2014. Washington originally signed with the Cardinals as an undrafted rookie free agent after the 2014 NFL Draft. Washington played at Division-II Newberry College. In his two-year career at Newberry, the junior college transfer had 95 receptions for 1,615 yard and 22 touchdowns. Washington combines excellent size (6’4”, 214 pounds) with good speed (4.52). Given his small-school background, he will need a lot of development.

Because of this move, we have updated the TransactionsRoster, and Depth Chart sections of the website.
