New York Giants Cut Five Players, Including Jared Lorenzen:  The Giants waived the following five players yesterday:

• QB Jared Lorenzen
• WR Todd Lowber
• OG Jacob Hobbs
• DT Brian Soi
• LS Nick Leeson

The Giants’ roster now stands at 81 players.  The Giants must get down to 80 when all of the draft picks are signed.
