New York Giants Interested in QB Matt Leinart?:ESPN is reporting that the Giants are one of several teams in trade discussions with the Arizona Cardinals in order to acquire the services of QB Matt Leinart.
However, most local NY/NJ media sources downplay the Giants’ supposed interest and say that the Giants have held no serious trade talks for Leinart.
New York Giants Annual Kickoff Luncheon Awards: The Giants held their annual kickoff luncheon yesterday and a couple of awards were presented:
- Men of the Year: Offensive linemen David Diehl, Rich Seubert, Shaun O’Hara, Chris Snee, and Kareem McKenzie
- Alumni Man of the Year: Amani Toomer
