Injury Report – Giants Lose CB Michael Coe for the Season: CB Michael Coe injured his shoulder in the game against the Eagles. The injury will require surgery and Coe will be lost for the remainder of the season.

LT Will Beatty was taken to the hospital yesterday due to continuing issues with his back. “He’s continuing to see what this back issue is and if we can do anything about it to help him,” said Head Coach Tom Coughlin.

HB D.J. Ware will be undergoing all of the standard concussion tests after suffering a concussion in the game.

S Derrick Martin injured his hamstring in the game. “I’ll say day-to-day, but we’ll see,” said Coughlin.

TE Jake Ballard injured his elbow in the game. “I think it’ll end up being an elbow that he can play with,” said Coughlin.

HB Ahmad Bradshaw (foot) and LB Michael Boley (hamstring) still have not been cleared to return to practice. “We’re going to see where they’re at either tomorrow or Wednesday in terms of running,” said Coughlin. “Seeing if they can practice, to what extent can they practice.”

DT Jimmy Kennedy Added to the 53-Man Roster; Waive DT Dwayne Hendricks: DT Jimmy Kennedy, who has spent the last four games on the Reserve/Suspended List, was added to the 53-man roster again yesterday. The NFL reinstated Kennedy last week following his four-week ban for violating the league’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

To make room for Kennedy, the Giants waived DT Dwayne Hendricks.

Notes: The Giants and Eagles split their season series for the third time in the last six seasons. In each of those three years, the visiting team won every game.

The Giants’ 29 rushing yards was their lowest total in exactly five years. On November 20, 2006, they rushed for 25 yards in a loss at Jacksonville.

The Giants are 15-21-1 on Sunday nights, including 7-11 at home.
