NEW YORK GIANTS INJURY REPORT…
Not practicing on Wednesday due to injury were wide receiver Sterling Shepard (cyst on back), tight end Evan Engram (knee), nose tackle Damon Harrison (knee), and linebacker Connor Barwin (knee).

“Looks like we’re going to get more guys out there practicing today, I don’t know what that will mean for the game but we’ll have more guys out there,” said Head Coach Pat Shurmur before practice. “(Shepard) had a little thing taken off the base of his back that is just going to take him a day or so to get back from, otherwise he’ll be fine…Just a little cyst. It’s fine.”

Wide receiver Cody Latimer (knee), linebacker Olivier Vernon (ankle), cornerback Eli Apple (groin), and cornerback Antonio Hamilton (groin) practiced on a limited basis.

GIANTS SIGN JYLAN WARE TO PRACTICE SQUAD…
The New York Giants have signed offensive tackle Jylan Ware to the team’s Practice Squad, filling the vacancy created last week when wide receiver Jawill Davis was promoted to the 53-man roster. The 24-year old, 6’7”, 317-pound Ware was originally drafted in the 7th round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders waived him before the 2018 regular season started. He has played in one regular-season game with no starts.
