New York Giants Reach Injury Settlement with S Will Demps

September 6, 2007 New York Giants Injury Report: Not practicing yesterday were WR David Tyree (wrist), FB Robert Douglas (knee), and LB Gerris Wilkinson (knee). All three will not play against Dallas on Sunday night.

LT Guy Whimper (ankle) returned to practice on a full-time basis.

Continuing to practice were CB Sam Madison (hamstring), LB Kawika Mitchell (groin), CB Kevin Dockery (hamstring), DE Adrian Awasom (hip), and OC Grey Ruegamer (ankle).

New York Giants Reach Injury Settlement with S Will Demps: According to press reports, the Giants have reached an injury settlement with S Will Demps, who was on Injured Reserve with a dislocated elbow injury. Demps is now free to sign with any other team though he apparently is still four weeks away from being able to play again.
