BBI Player of the Year Award Presented to Plaxico Burress: After the evening practice yesterday, WR Plaxico Burress was presented the “BBI Player of the Year” trophy for his play during the 2007 NFL regular and post-seasons. Burress was determined to be the award recipient by a BBI fan vote that occurred earlier in the offseason.

Injury Report – Wide Receiving Corps Short of Bodies: Not practicing yesterday were WR Plaxico Burress (ankle), WR Amani Toomer (leg), WR Mario Manningham (quad), WR David Tyree (knee – PUP), OT Shane Olivea (back), LB Gerris Wilkinson (knee – PUP), CB Sam Madison (sports hernia), and S Kenny Phillips (hamstring).
DE Osi Umenyiora (hip), DE/DT Justin Tuck (foot), LB Zak DeOssie (back), and Craig Dahl (knee) did not practice in the morning, but practiced in the evening.
WR Steve Smith (groin) and LB Danny Clark (sports hernia) practiced in the morning, but not in the evening.
