Let’s face it: A couple of years ago Jeff was all set to retire and he and I went through a bunch of sessions together and Jeff decided to come back. Tuck Comments on Burress Again: DE Justin Tuck was interviewed by Dan Patrick yesterday and was asked about WR Plaxico Burress.

“I would love to have him back,” Tuck said. “He’s a teammate that made some mistakes. Hopefully he’s learned from them. If that’s the case, then, yes, I would love to have him back. But if he hasn’t, obviously not. He’s the type of player who can really help a football team, but also he can hurt them. If the scenario pops up where he does something off the field that creates a distraction, he can hurt a football team.”

“The Giants are an organization that doesn’t look highly on low character or people who are selfish,” Tuck said.
