Giants Re-Sign Selvish Capers, Waive Terrence Frederick: The Giants re-signed OG Selvish Capers to the 53-man roster yesterday. To make room for Capers, the Giants waived CB Terrence Frederick. Because of these moves, we have updated the Transactions, Roster, and Depth Chart sections of the website.
